The project consists of developing the different exterior rooms of a duplex following the contemporary lines of the construction.
Planters with adequate vegetation are proposed that provide, on the ground floor, privacy since the community pool is opposite, and contribution of green elements that give color, perfumes and texture to the construction.
On the upper terrace, the main objective is to provide color and freshness to soften the image of a hard space in its constitution.
